Addressing the why of your pain.
Services

Holistic and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
I take a whole-body approach to healing, focusing on the root causes of pain and injury, not just symptoms. Using The Integrated Systems Model, I address how your body’s structures are interconnected to treat underlying dysfunction.
Together, we’ll create a personalised plan to help you recover, manage pain, and improve function, supporting you in living a pain-free, active life.

Womens, Paediatric and Seniors Physiotherapy
I understand that women’s, children’s, and seniors' bodies are unique and require specialised care.
Whether it's addressing the specific needs of a developing child, the complexities of women’s health, or the physical health concerns of seniors, I provide tailored physiotherapy treatments. My approach ensures that each individual receives the most effective care based on their age, condition, and physical needs.

Acute Injury Management and Rehab
I specialise in diagnosing and rehabilitating acute injuries, whether from sports or daily life. I’ll guide you through the acute stages and provide focused rehab to address every aspect of your injury, with options for one-on-one or group rehab sessions.
Whether you're an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, I’ll get you back to your best and ready to perform at your highest level.
Cameron McKenzie
QUALIFICATIONS
I graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2015 before completing my Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. I have since completed advanced qualifications in the treatment of the entire body, but specifically in the pelvis and lumbar spine and routinely use treatment techniques including exercise, massage and dry needling to manage your injury.
I regularly attend specialist rooms and surgeries to give detailed insight into injury assessment, diagnosis and management. Working closely with these professionals has assisted me in excellent patient outcomes and developed close partnerships with numerous local health based businesses.
EXPERIENCE
I compliment my 5 years of physiotherapy experience in private practice and elite sports with my background in strength and conditioning. I have worked with athletes of all levels including the Newcastle Knights, Sydney Roosters, Australian Rugby Union as a strength and conditioning speclaist and have previously been the head physio at Lakes United Seagulls and Souths Lions.
I compliment my field based sports experience with the ability to treat and manage all barbell sports having been a world record holder, multi time National, Oceania and Commonwealth champion and pound for pound #1 male Australian athlete four times.
